At NWHP, we are on a mission to get more people trained to write basic biographies. Documenting the histories of notable Nevada women will require a cohort of men and women who enjoy research, delving into the histories of the famous and obscure, and then writing a coherent summary of their life and accomplishments. In short, we need you!
This workshop will provide instructions on the process and format for writing biographies for the NWHP website. During this workshop you are guided through the process of writing a biography.
For those of you who attended the February workshop “Letters to my Nevada Daughters” this will provide you with next steps and tips to organize your information, including how to provide citations.
Feel free to bring your laptop or iPad, or simply pen and paper, and get ready to start writing!
